Since the beginning the center has facilitated the training of administrators and social words for many public and private social welfare organizations throughout Taiwan. The Center will continue to provide update programs to meet the expending social needs of Taiwan. The following services will be provided：
Contnuation of professional training：The Center will continue to update the training of qualified social
workers in order to strengthen the social work profession in Taiwan and to meet the needs of both public
and private service organizations for such personnel.
Expansion the library：The Center will promote the promote the publication of professional materials,
update training materials, update teaching aides, upgrade personal computers and expand cultural and
leisure opportunties.
Promotion of a professional spirit：The Center will emphasize integration of theory and practice, promote
social concerns, professional ethics and help build up skills that will lead to a better quality of social service.
